Questions

Financial literacy, answered.

What is financial literacy?

Financial literacy is the knowledge and confidence to manage money well: earning, budgeting, saving, using a bank, understanding credit, and planning ahead. It's a practical skill that can be learned, practiced, and improved at any age.

Why does financial literacy matter for young people?

Decisions made early — a first paycheck, a first bank account, a first credit card — can shape options for years. Learning the basics before those moments arrive helps young people avoid costly mistakes and build habits that support their goals.

What is BluPRNT?

BluPRNT is LOGIC Mentoring's financial capability program: a 12-week, 24-session, 48-hour experience delivered through our nonprofit programs. It treats money as a skill, not a mystery, covering budgeting, saving, banking, credit, earning, and goal setting. Read about BluPRNT in our programs.

How is the BluPRNT program different from LOGIC Academy courses?

The BluPRNT program is the 12-week, 24-session, 48-hour experience LOGIC Mentoring runs for young people. LOGIC Academy will host future financial literacy courses, including BluPRNT offerings — paid courses for individuals and licensing for organizations. These online courses are separate from the program and are not available yet.

Are LOGIC Academy courses available now?

Not yet. Courses are in development, and there is no enrollment, checkout, or course schedule at this time. Email academy@logicmentoring.org with questions about future courses.

Will courses be free or paid?

LOGIC Academy is planned to offer paid courses for individuals, alongside licensing for organizations. Pricing has not been set, and nothing is available to purchase yet.

Can a school, employer, or community organization license the curriculum?

Organizational licensing is part of the plan. If your organization is interested, email partnerships@logicmentoring.org to start a conversation about your needs. We can't yet confirm formats, terms, or availability.

How is this different from LOGIC's youth programs?

LOGIC's nonprofit programs serve young people directly through mentoring, technology, financial capability, and pathways. LOGIC Academy is our future online learning platform, designed to make financial literacy courses, including BluPRNT offerings, available to individuals and organizations. See all programs.
